Federal Way Mixed Use Transformation: PT Deck Structure and Comprehensive Sitework

The Federal Way Mixed Use project, spanning from Winter 2022 to Summer 2023 involved a collaborative effort to enhance the landscape and structural aspects of multiple buildings. Amaral Concrete provided labor contributions to the PT deck structure, followed by site work that included the installation of curbs, city curb and gutter features, walkways, drive approaches, crosswalks, retaining walls, steps, foundations for garbage pads, and patios.
